Terms

TODO: Legal review required before launch. This is a placeholder, not finalized terms.

Dibs offers a free 7-day trial without a card, then a $99/month founding member price locked in as long as you stay. Cancel anytime. If Dibs doesn't get you at least one estimate in your first 30 paid days, we'll refund that month. Public records may be incomplete or delayed. Contractors are responsible for lawful outreach. Final terms must define billing, cancellation and the refund process.
